For the last few months talented folk across the Isle of Wight have been making beautiful home made gifts for us to distribute, but we understand that not everyone has the time or the skills to do this.
But you can still be involved! With the money we raise we will buy gifts to add to the gift bags to let these wonderful residents know that they are remembered this season.
