Where your money goes
We're committed to making sure your donation makes a difference in the lives of older people and is used wisely, with integrity and transparency.
It costs us between £15,000 - £20,000 a year to employ each member of frontline staff. It's our biggest cost, but without our vital staff team we would not be able to:
Recruit, train and support volunteers to befriend care home residents
Facilitate a weekly zoom gathering to support and connect informal caregivers Develop resources to help those living with dementia and their loved ones to enjoy special moments together Mobilise churches to adopt their local care home to combat the loneliness and isolation of care home residents |
